We measure the property, identify water pressure and flow at the meter, map existing plantings and turf areas, and note any slopes or drainage considerations.
A full system layout is drawn specifying zone count, head placement, pipe routing, controller location, and equipment specifications. You review and approve.
Pipe is trenched at the correct depth, heads are installed at grade, valves and manifolds are assembled, and all connections are pressure-tested before backfill.
The controller is mounted, wired, and programmed with zone-specific watering schedules. Smart controllers are connected to Wi-Fi and the app is configured.
Every zone is run and inspected for head-to-head coverage, correct arc, and no dry spots. We walk you through the controller and answer every question before we leave.
